Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship same day they are received. Ground shipping is generally delivered in 2-3 days to the Central and Eastern US and 4-5 days to Mid-West and Western US. We have expedited options for 2 day delivery and shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do? 

If you receive an item from us that arrived damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately at support@ecokindpettreats.com. We’d also just request that you notify us of any issues within 48 hours after receiving the product.
